REPORT: Ryan Murphy of “Glee” May Direct New ‘Rocky Horror Picture Show’

“Glee” creator Ryan Murphy is reportedly in conversations to direct a remake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Murphy has not yet committed, but is mulling a studio offer to helm the project, according to Deadline.
“Glee” has a Rocky Horror-themed episode set to air on October 26.
The cult musical, starring Tim Curry, first appeared in theaters in 1975 and has been a midnight screening favorite for decades.
Murphy recently directed the feature Eat Pray Love.
