Why are you leveraging his public appearance with a carrot dangle of Pattinson’s private dating disclosure? That’s manipulative.

I just think audiences are weary of being teased by this “strategy.” I know I am. We all want to be inspired, but don’t want to be kicked around, have our pockets shaken or our time/attention played with so much for that. If this button is continually pressed it will anger audiences and reflect badly on everyone involved. It’s unethical to market films or actors in this way.

OK… I’ll try, TRY to watch Robert Pattinson on Jay Leno, you know… Interested in whatever he says… I seriously want to find out about funny stuff happening whilst filming… like bloopers or something… I just want to know, hope he says something about it… :)… I just like when he’s promoting movies, it’s fun to listen…

Now, I think I’ll mute the volume whenever Leno opens his mouth, which would mean I’ll miss the questions… and his (for me) tasteless jokes, and that will be a plus… not sure I can make it till the end of the interview, tho…

What, seriously? Why are you even mentioning Kristen? She has nothing to do with this. Also David Letterman and Jay Leno are two completely different shows apart from the fact that they are Late Night.

I agree with caroljones18. If your point is to tell us “exclusively” that Rob will appear on Jay Leno, why add anything about Kristen? Some of us really are interested in Rob and Rob only.

Uhm. Hello. I think Kristen is mentioned because she’s also staring in Eclipse, which he is promoting and he enjoys a personal relationship with her. So, Kristen does have something to do with his appearance. Alluding to his possible reveal about the details of their private relationship increases the audience. I wish they wouldn’t do that unless he actually has something to say. I’ve begun to really resent the manipulations for my attention.

Hell no. Won’t watch it. I do quite enjoy R-Patz, but I still despise Jay Leno. I don’t care if Jesus himself appeared on Leno to reveal the meaning of life, I still wouldn’t be watching.
