I’ve already seen it and loved it but it isn’t light entertainment by any means. It’s the kind of movie you really have to focus on and it’s well worth seeing it more than once because there is so much to take in.

I’m a huge Cronenberg fan. The Fly, Scanners, Videodrome are three of my favorites and Cosmopolis makes four. It’s the kind of movie that’s worth seeing more than once because it’s so dialogue heavy and there is a lot to take in.

I’m a Kristen fan from way back and I’ve never heard any of these stories before. In fact, the people who know Kristen and have interacted with her are stunned by her recent behavior because it is so out of character. It was very in character for her to admit what she did and not try to hide by denial. I don’t believe any of the rumors that have followed Rob Pattinson either. I don’t see a difference in unsubstantiated, hysterical rumors on either side. I have looked at the photographic evidence of her indiscretion and its obvious she is kissing Rupert in the car and they are attracted to one another and Rupert is aggressive and wants to have sex with her but hasn’t yet. She smiles because she has a bond with Rupert and physical attraction floods your brain, but her body language shows hesitancy and conflict. I don’t see a person trying to bring down a marriage or a fandom. I’m sure a little immaturity mixed over confidence masked the knowledge she was betraying Rob and I have no doubt Rupert told her some lie about Liberty that allowed her to act with impulse and push down thought for others. Our brains do amazing things to prevent injury from a psychotic break. I don’t see this has Kristen having a bad character- I see a mark that needs to be fixed. I believe the remorse Kristen is feeling right now is enough punishment for millions of crimes. I hope she forgives herself one day and is able to find happiness. She deserves love and admiration.
