Robert Pattinson Talks to Ryan Seacrest From ‘Breaking Dawn’ Set! (AUDIO)

Robert Pattinson just called into Ryan Seacrest‘s live radio show – straight from the Breaking Dawn set in Vancouver.

The actor told Seacrest, “I’m somewhere in the middle of nowhere… in a big pile of mud and rain,” joking, “I have absolutely no idea where I am.”

Pattinson added that he was so far out in the wilderness that he had to be on a satellite phone rather than his own personal cell.

When Seacrest asked if he was “enjoying” how well everything is going for him, Pattinson responded, “I am… I’m pretty happy with the way things have gone… stayed working, stayed pretty happy, and I think that’s the most you can ask for.”

The star also discussed Water for Elephants (“a big, beautiful story”) and working with co-stars like Christoph Waltz and Tai the elephant.

As for Breaking Dawn, Pattinson joked that he’d “get beaten” if he revealed too much.

    Bravo for making time during a grueling shooting schedule for BD to promote Water For Elephants. Just shows what a hard worker and good sport Rob is, always going the extra mile to make people happy. He sounded happy and audio interviews are so much better than print because you can hear when he’s trying to make a joke, which doesn’t always come across in print interviews.

    Loved what Rob said about WFE being a big, old fashioned love story, and how much he enjoyed working with Tai. Such a nice contrast to the VF article, at least Ryan steered clear of the personal questions and focused on Rob’s career.

    @ Aghast Yes, I liked that Ryan did not ask Rob personal questions and that Rob got to talk about WFE. There is a rumor that Rob will be on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. If it’s true, I can’t wait!!

    @Everyone above: I just listened to the Seacrest Interview. I, too, am glad that he did not ask questions of a personal nature. Unlike his first interview with Rob where it was cut short because he was told to not ask questions and he went for it anyhow and Rob walked out. I have to say I am glad that Ryan Seacrest focused on talking about Water for Elephants and the work that he is involved with on location for Breaking Dawn. This is what it should be like for him when he is interviewed. They should keep their noses out of his personal business. It was nice to hear Rob was in good humor.
