Robert Pattinson’s drunken The Lost City Of Z character is assaulted by Charlie Hunnam’s on-screen alter-ego in a new clip from the upcoming movie. Watch below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, The Lost City Of Z stars Humman as the real-life explorer Percy Fawcett, who disappeared while trying to find a lost city in the Amazon. In this adaptation of Fawcett’s life, he’s joined by a fellow explorer named Henry Costin, played by Pattinson. And though Costin is hired as Fawcett’s aide de camp, the two have a rather unexpected first meeting in the film.

As seen in the new clip below, courtesy of Yahoo, Hunnam’s Fawcett suspects he’s being followed onboard their travel ship. In self-defense, he takes aggressive action, putting Costin in a headlock and wrestling him to the ground. It’s only after that an obviously drunk Costin reveals they’re supposed to be working together.

Pattinson and Hunnam attended The Lost City Of Z premiere in Los Angeles earlier this week, in advance of the film hitting theaters on April 14. The co-stars were seen laughing together on the red carpet, putting to rest sensationalized feud rumors that emerged after Hunnam revealed in an interview that they didn’t talk much during production. The “Sons Of Anarchy” star also clarified in another chat this week, “I think we both really understood what we were doing and there was no real contention or beef between us. We were just playing the game.”

“It’s nice actually to come out of that fog of the production and see that he’s a lovely guy. I can actually enjoy having a drink with him now and a hang,” Hunnam told “Entertainment Tonight.” But their characters certainly get off on the wrong foot in the just-released scene.
