As Gossip Cop has reported, Pattinson co-stars in the upcoming adventure film, which is based on a true story. Charlie Hunnam plays real-life explorer Colonel Percy Fawcett, who went on expeditions to find a so-called “lost city” in the Amazon. Pattinson portrays Corporal Henry Costin, who accompanied Fawcett on the dangerous travels.
Production took place in Ireland and Colombia in 2015, and teasers started getting released in 2016. As Gossip Cop noted, Pattinson attended the world premiere of The Lost City Of Z at the New York Film Festival last October. Now with the film screening as part of the Berlinale Special program at the Berlin Film Festival, he and Hunnam stepped out again to promote the project.
The actors were joined by fellow cast member Sienna Miller, as well as the fim’s director, James Gray. They all first took part in a photo call, and then participated in a press conference. Later in the day, there was a formal red carpet before the film was shown.
Pattinson even took the time to pose for photos with fans and sign autographs. And with the movie set to hit theaters in the U.S. in April, expect to see the cast doing more promo in the months to come. Check out the new photos below!
