CLAIM: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Enter Couples Counseling

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have “entered couples counseling,” according to In Touch magazine, the same outlet that has spread rumors about romantic threats to their relationship posed by interlopers including (deep breath) Lucie Jones, Reese Witherspoon, Anna Kendrick and Tom Sturridge.

In any case, the tabloid claims Pattinson and Stewart have started to see a therapist because he is “more serious about the relationship,” and wants her to “get on the same page.”

“Rob is older than Kristen and far more mature. He sees himself getting engaged soon, but she’s not even ready to kiss him in public,” explains a so-called “friend of the couple.”

Not coincidentally, this “news” comes right after another In Touch item that also tried to push the premise that Pattinson was desperate to get married and “begging” Stewart to wed.

Gossip Cop debunked that nonsense, and this week’s rumor of “couples counseling” is equally wrong.

Sources close to the situation tell Gossip Cop there’s no truth whatsoever to the therapy report.

In Touch seems to have abandoned its ludicrous efforts to establish “love triangles” for Pattinson and Stewart. It would be nice if the mag quit while it’s behind on this marriage tension, too.

    I guess there’s no new news of potential movie roles for Kristen for Gossip Cop to exploit, so they need to wave her name around somehow.

    See now mature people know that couple counseling is a GOOD thing. It isn’t so much a sign that there is trouble, but that they want to work on everyone getting what they need. Considering how different their temperments, upbringings and respective cultures are, not to mention their tender ages, I would be more inclined to believe in a couple who seeks assistance than one who endures the stress of Hollywood with their limited insight.

    Uhh, if a twenty-some years old couple need therapy…. It’s not a good thing. Any couple need a therapist is not a goog thing. Just they want solve the problem, make things right by a stranger…. If you are mentally right, you don’t need therapist….

    Ok, so this couple, who have never stated so…Though i think we know…Have been engaged several times, broken up as many times, have planned several different themed weddings, have been pregnant, she has been the one more serious, enough for one+ of those break-ups to be because of her jealously, he has been begging her to marry him from the beginning, he has not been ready for that big step, she has been the one to want to get married, and they both want kids right away, there could be another man, another woman…What’s left, god even i would not have thought of this one…counsling…I see these people litterally having a team on Rob and Kris alone, sitting around a table thinking about what next they can make up, without looking like the worst gossip tabloid trash out there…Sorry you guys, that is already the case…

    Yes, there are teams on these actors. Their personal PR teams, the studio’s PR teams and the media people who manipulate information, or lack thereof, just to get people to buy their periodicals or traffic to their sites.

    Gossip cop is wrapped up with all of it. They keep celebrities and movies in the news with their targeted booking information, real or imagined. They keep the water cooler gossip going by reprinting some of the most salacious gossip out there – only to debunk it. And then they line their own pockets by promising the “truth” on the most popular celebrities, driving unwitting traffic to their site and their advertisers. It’s all an illusion.

    Neither Rob or Kristen have their own PR people, that is way you never get statements from “them”, and why they have nothing to do with manipulating anything…The studio might…And of couse these other people do…Rob at one point just wanted to run back to England, because of all the “over following” …He wants to distance himself from everything that deals with so called “fame” He wants to act and be given more serious roles (the only good thing he says that comes from fame)…Though he appreciates fans & what Twilight has done for him, it has also become a curse…He can completely do without the fame…He is far too shy, private, and unhollywood for it, but thankfully, is so well grounded and mature that he has been able to handle it…

    So when does Robert have time to act with all the water walking and sea parting he has to do, Carolyn? Kristen has incredible PR support behind her. How else do you think her poorly received fashionista debut was orchestrated? Robert claimed to not have PR people so perhaps his management does it. Either way, the bridge between celebrities and their hoardes is PR, which is why it is called Public Relations.

    It doesn’t matter whether Kristen or Rob have publicist. All of these stories, are just that: stories, fantasies. One minute their getting married, the next they are breaking up, the next she’s pregnant, the next he seeing other women, the next she is seeing other men, the next their on again! It’s so silly. These two are so tight lipped about their relationship that even, if they are a couple no one would know, that they are going to couples counseling, etc.

    There is no real news coming out of during filming, so they are making them up. Penneybug is right.

    Rob doesn’t have a PR person, he’s said so a few times. The woman from Summit deals with the media with him on the red carpet, otherwise, he’s on his own. Kristen’s PR person is named Ruth and she’s everywhere all the time. Where do you think the positive stories about KS come from? They aren’t spontaneous. This particular story about couples counseling is the best laugh I’ve had all day. Let’s all reconvene in June when these two haven’t been photographed together since their last day of filming on Breaking Dawn. When filming ends, so will the “relationship.” Move on, get a life, they don’t need your interest anyway.

    Another attempt at creating a story to get people to click on their sites as usual. Hmmmm. I think that stories like this need to be ignored, not busted for bad dish. I cannot believe that anyone, short of being an idiot, would believe this stupid story so why even give credence to it under the premise of busting bad dish? I never heard of In Touch Magazine until I stumbled onto this site. So essentially, each time you bust their bad dish you are actually giving them free advertisement? You have to know each time you do bust bad dish, people are bound to flock over to that site just to read the original story. Is there some sort of code between websites? In Touch will post a totally ridiculous story and Gossip Cop will bust it as bad dish. Why isn’t Gossip Cop coming out with their own good dish? Why are they always waiting to find someone else’s bad dish? Makes a curious mind wonder.

    Thanks for letting me know K has PR now, there was a time she did not , she said so in an interview…And Robert has said the same…I think he could use one now to stop sh*t, but i don’t think he cares anymore, because you can’t stop sh*t from pilling up, as long as you have sh*ters;) So i believe he just ignores, and moves on…Good advice Rob…

    I don’t think that they really need to go to couple’s counseling since it is not them having the problems, it is the world that is having their relationship for them that needs to go to whatever kind of counseling they need.

    Maybe I wasnt clear. Mentally right = anybody’s brain and emotions are working in right way…. And I think, there is a problem, if anybody needs therapy. Problem, because you can’t handle your own life only with a stranger’s “help” . Help what you get for money…. I have family, I have friends, I have problems, but never ever needed therapy. We could always talk the problems with each others…

    okay, but your family and friends is basically therapy for you without money…they calm you down, they give you advice, etc…that’s is what a therapist, psychologist does. they talk to you about your problems to help you out.
