Thank you for that clip of Rob Pattinson. I watched Hope For Haiti & was especially looking forward to seeing the clip of Rob again. This is one satisfied Twihard.

It was so good to see Robert lending his celebrity to such an important cause. I can’t believe all the flack he’s getting for his appearance. It’s completely the opposite issue to why he showed up! It’s unbelievable, how Hollywood has such bizarre priorities! BTW, Robert mentioned in a recent interview that he was going to gain weight (specifically said, grow a beard-I think) for his Bel Ami role. Someone mentioned that in the book, his character doesn’t have a beard, but I think it would be good for Robert to wear an odd looking beard, just because it would help take away some of the appeal of such an amoral, disgusting character for the audience.

Oh, by the way, I think he looked really sad in the pictures of him on his way to, and on his way out of, the Hope for Haiti Now recording because a) the purpose for the excursion was very solemn, and b) he really misses his soul mate Kristen, who’s presently at the Sundance Film Festival. It must be so hard to be apart from the person you love for such long periods of time. :<

GYW, honey….give me a f***ing break! He probably looked stressed because he had had a hiatus from the parasites sapping pics of him all the time and the one time when it would have been decent for them to give him a breeak they were in his face just as much as before. Disgusting.

Actually, in the book Bel Ami, Georges has a beard. He is always playing with the moustache part of it He is probably growing it a bit longer and then letting the makeup people take care of the tweeking of it. As for the weight gain I am not sure I noticed that. Because at the beginning of the book Georges is kind of down and out and has to be careful about spending money on whatever meal he desires. Frankly I though he looked fine and conveyed his message well.

Glad Rob was good hearted enough to step up and help during this terrible humanitarian crisis. He did a great job, and still reminded me the reason he was there was so that I would do my share and help the people in Haiti, who need it so much. Thanks, Rob and everybody. You made us think and care.
