Robert Pattinson “Fury” Over Possible Ian Somerhalder-Kristen Stewart Fifty Shades?

When it comes to living out fantasy, “Fifty Shades of Grey” has nothing on the National Enquirer.

The tabloid is at it again this week, trying to cook up a phony conflict concerning the movie adaptation of E L James’ runaway best-selling erotic book.

According to the Enquirer, Robert Pattinson is “in talks to star as sexual dominant Christian Grey” and is “erupting in vampiric fury” because “producers let slip they’re also talking to archrival Ian Somerhalder.”

The mag explains that Pattinson “can’t bear the thought of off-screen love Kristen Stewart, who’s up for the female lead as Grey’s submissive paramour, screaming her way through wild, sadomasochistic sex scenes with Somerhalder.”

Wow.

A so-called “source” for the Enquirer says, “The thought of Kristen doing outrageously intense, naughty and kinky scenes with any guy, let alone Ian — another handsome vampire — is making Rob nuts.”

Uh-huh.

Here’s what’s “nuts”: The Enquirer publishing any of this cooked-up controversy as though it’s true.

NONE of these three actors — Pattinson, Stewart or Somerhalder — is currently in serious talks for Fifty Shades of Grey.

Their names have been mentioned in connection with the project.

Somerhalder and Stewart have been asked in interviews about their interest in the material.

But that’s as far as anything has gone — period.

The stars are not in negotiations for Fifty Shades of Grey, and there’s absolutely no bad blood between Pattinson and Somerhalder over the role, despite what the Enquirer wants everyone to believe.

Sources close to both actors tell Gossip Cop the report is totally bogus.

    Never believed this story anyway Gossip Cop. Hope Rob and Kristen do another movie together but don’t want it to be 50 Shades. They both have said they wanted to do another movie with each other, so I hope it happens in the future.

    Agreed. Not to mention FSofG ‘went out of’ Twilight fan fiction and most probably they would not want to have anything to do with that. This just never ends. So now everybody will be asking these two the same old moronic questions about both Twilight and FSofG? Leave them alone.

    I can’t see Rob being intrested in this movie. He is tryng to move on for the Twilight series. If he did this movie that would put him back in the same type of craziness he is trying to escape. He wants to do more meaningful movies.

    I hope the author of these books retire because she’s already had her 15 min. of fame. Number one, the book is not sexy or erotic. It’s like EL James went to a porn shop to check out their merchandise and then went home to write a book. Her books are like a catalogue of an S&M sex shop but in story form. Very amateurish. She should take Storywriting 101. I really don’t understand the hype. Better to read a Jackie Collins book.

    They don’t even know if this book can be translated to a viable script – just because a book is optioned doesn’t mean it will make it to film. And sorry, RP hasn’t been good-looking since HP GOF and maybe NM.

    Rob’s name and that piece of crap, FSOG, should never be mentioned in the same sentence. The “author” is a greedy bitch who exploited her fans and is laughing all the way to the bank. Anyone who contributes to her bank account is an idiot, the original fanfiction can still be downloaded for free online.

    OMG I think it would be amazing to see Stewart and Pattinson play in 50 Shades.
    Just thinking about it makes me feel like I cant breathe.
    This would be a perfect step for both of them. The chemistry they have will ignight

    Yeah I’m not seeing Rob and Kristen doing this — same w/Ian and Nina. I’d rather it be a totally new “couple” as Christian and Ana. Now I WOULD like Ian S. in the role, or possibly Matt Bomer?     They need a new face for Anastasia Steele, it’d be awesome to have an unknown young female actress hit the big screen. I vote for open auditions for the role! I’d love to be able to audition for Ana, I have the looks and personality/experience to grow within her role. Every I know who has read the books keeps telling me i’m who the envision as Ana.

    As for Christian, I have 3 suggestions: Jessie Pavelka, William Levy and Paul Walker!!

    Rob is to akward for the part.
    Christian Grey is supposed to be SEXY and irrisistable. I would think Matt Bomer, Ian Somerholder, or Jenson Ackles, They seem to be sexy, and pretty irristable. ^.^
