Oh here we go. It’s that young celebrity self-involvement, almost an over-awareness of oneself, and a tendency to hyperbolise. Young people, they’re narcissistic as it is. And when you throw fame into that mix, it becomes even worse. Megan Fox is guilty of this all the time. You are no doubt already very familiar with the stupid sh-t that comes out of her mouth.

Only this time it’s Kristen Stewart. As you know, I like Kristen Stewart. A lot. But while her fans and defenders and of course those Twi-Hards will argue that she has a right to protest against the paparazzi and the tabloids and the relentless hysteria that seems to surround her, supporting Stewart’s contention that the experience of being photographed is akin to being raped (obviously extremely ignorant and offensive) is tantamount to suggesting then that the fan is also doing the raping. After all, in Stewart’s example in particular, interest in her photos is 100% driven by the Twilight public. Condemning only the industry that feeds that public is not only a weak cop-out, it’s an extremely immature understanding of Celebrity as an ecosystem, where all parts are dependent on another. Stewart is a willing participant in a game that simply wouldn’t exist without the irksome-for-some, welcome-for-others presence of fans and photographers.

Without THEM there is no HER. Unfortunately that tiresomely ubiquitous celebrity sense of entitlement has also infected Kristen Stewart. Because in real life there are sh-tty parts that come with a job. Like say data entry. Or cleaning a toilet. Or lifting heavy boxes and tearing away at your back muscles. Or travelling so much you don’t get to see your family. Some people have to endure the horrible and unpleasant job duties because they have no choice. Kristen Stewart however chose to be an actor because she loves her job. And in doing so appears to expect that being an actor means that her job, unlike our jobs, should never come with a downside. Her job’s downside happens to be that people want to look at her picture. Her job’s upside is that she might get to work with really great artists and learn from them, and sometimes not work at all, for like 3 or 4 months at a time, and go on luxe holidays, and not worry about not having a college education to build for a future, and have the time for hours upon hours to read and learn and grow as a person.

Stewart is the headlining star of a major bubblegum franchise that actively engages the online community to secure and expand its fanbase. She has her own goddamn action figure. She’s dating her co-star. It’s more than a little self-indulgent then to compare the perhaps irritating itch of the paps in her face to being the victim of a sexual assault, wouldn’t you say?

I’m all for Kristen Stewart giving the finger, I’m all for her telling someone to f-ck off if she’s not in the mood, but I can’t get down with Kristen Stewart asstalking like she’s Megan Fox. She’s much smarter than this.So I have full confidence that when she steps of the bubble post Bella Swan, she’ll probably wake up to it.

Why don’t you leave it to these actors to deny their relationship. The difference with all the other hook up rumours is that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did enough themself to fuel the rumours. Or lets say enough that people can assume they are a couple.

Just a few reminders:
We saw last year pictures of Kristen in different outfits on his hotel balcony, we saw them holding hands at a airport.

And they could have let the rumours die down quietly after the New Moon premiere, but instead, Kristen spent NYE hioliday in England with Robert, we all have seen the pics from the IOW, not only the Holly ones.

Then they couldn’t even wait until dinner was served after BAFTA, left together in a cab knowing that they are being watched. Kristen spent the week after BAFTA in London with lots of sightings including a politician seeing them kissing, they arrived together from London in NY for his premier, she stayed with him, his friends and family, she went to his premier in the same car as his friend Tom Sturridge. Rob was sitting next to her during the premier, went with her to the afterparty that everyone could see it, not with his mum, sister, friend or another costar.

Kristen didn’t spent her birthday with friends and family in LA, she went to Budapest and publically together with him to London.

And they didn’t deny anything, they said they want to keep what it is private to stay private. And they are dodging the question not by saying it is all made up by fans or media, no they joked at Oprah Kristen is pregnant or Rob is cryptically avoiding the question. And in Elle UK Kristen showes the interviewer a pic with her, her beloved cat and a handsome guy, the interviewer is more than hinting it was Mr. Pattinson.

So Robert and Kristen are the ones who let people assume that they are a couple. Don’t blame Gossip Cop or certain fans, blame them.

All the other costars, in fact obviously just made up rumors. There is no reliable report of any kind that Pattinson had private contact with one of the stars you mentioned. You haven’t seen Ricci, or Uma nor Witherspoon on his hotel balcony and or spending a holiday with him and his friends.

And FYI Reese also has not publically “confirmed” this agent as her new boyfriend, she was just seen with him together. So the difference might only be that they are open and snuggle in public. But of course they don’t have crazy fans that follow every move and a hungry media on their heels.

And step out of your Robstenties, Nonstenties, Krisbians or whatever world. It is hysterical. This terms don’t even exist for 98% of the people, and is non existent at all here in Europe or Asia, Australia. It is just a small fanatic fanbase mainly in the US. And neither GC, nor Rob/Kris management, nor Summit or whatever is making their decisions on these group of fanatics.

The Robstenties, Kristenties, Robbieties…are taking themself way to important. And if you think Robert Pattinson looks like a pussy and shouldn’t date a girl his choice than just write him a letter and give him your advice.

And just some food for thought: I am thinking just logically and with Gossip Cop going on such a limb in this two stories, stating that “Pattinson never ever said he is single” and the rhetorical question: “He is not dating anyone -really, is happy around Stewart” , it is naive to think they would have done it without having the go from Rob’s camp.

Let’s face it’s funny how in the same week at the cash register at you local supermarket you will see one tabloid saying the Rob defends Kristen, One saying the he broke up with Kristen, and a third on saying that he is engaged with Kristen. It’s really silly.

I feel that no matter how famous a person is they are still allowed to have a personal life…If Rob and Kristen are couple a couple or not…there is no need to insult either of these young people. There is room for both of them to be successful. I wasn’t saying that the actors make up any of the rumors because I don’t believe that of any of them would. I was saying that the tabloids make up all of the rumors.

So if she was in fact standing next to her ex boyfriend at a concert (where she was with her brother and a group of friends), it proofs that she can’t be together with Pattinson and her flight to Europe for her birthday meant just nothing. This is gossip rag logic.

I don’t want to get in an argument over this topic, but I try to just stay with facts and don’t twist or interpret or simple ignore anything because it doesn’t fit my own agenda. I know there are sites on the net where people spent all their time doing just that (either way, to proof undying love or no relationship). So I leave it to this people or the gossip rags.

And if some people say it is a created romance to sell the Twi saga, it is their opinion. But it is Pattinson and Stewart who fueled the fire and it is the sum of THEIR actions that let average people assume that they are a couple, not a studio made up rumor or just an imagination in some peoples heads.
