Kris Jenner, Kardashians NOT Staging Intervention For Rob Kardashian, Despite Report
Kris Jenner and the Kardashians sisters are NOT planning on staging an intervention with Rob Kardashian for how he’s handling his diabetes, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can correct this story. We’re told there isn’t “anything” in the works.
According to Us Weekly, Kardashian has not been taking proper care of himself since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in December. The magazine notes that Kardashian has gained 100 pounds in the last three years and, after his hospitalization, says an alleged “family insider,” “agreed he will do follow-up doctors appointments” and take his “medication to control his blood sugar.” But the tabloid’s so-called source says his family hasn’t been impressed with his efforts since then and are “concerned he’s not taking the situation seriously.”
The tabloid’s supposed source adds that Kardashian has lately “detached himself from everyone,” which is concerning family because he allegedly has a habit of hiding things “until it’s too late.” As a last-ditch effort, claims the magazine’s “source,” the family is “planning on doing an intervention with him.”
There’s one slight problem: No one has apparently told the family yet about it’s supposed intervention. A family rep exclusively tells Gossip Cop that they “don’t know anything” about any plans for an intervention.
Of course, Us Weekly has been wrong before when it comes to the Kardashians. Gossip Cop has exclusively debunked several of the tabloid’s stories, including its inaccurate report about the family filming at the Las Vegas hospital where Lamar Odom was first treated, and its false claim that Caitlyn Jenner was fueding with the entire Kardashian brood.
