Rob Kardashian was handcuffed and briefly detained by police after chasing a paparazzi photographer into a Miami bong shop on Sunday.

The reality TV star was talking with a woman when he noticed the man snapping pictures across the street.

Kardashian apparently then sprinted after the paparazzo, eventually following him into a smoke shop, although he’s never heard to threaten the photographer, let alone touch him.

In the footage obtained by TMZ, cops come into the store just as Kardashian is getting close to the paparazzo, who can be heard yelling, “He’s attacking me… he tried to kill me!”

There’s no evidence (at least on tape) that Kardashian ever seriously threatened or “attacked” the paparazzo, but cops still cuffed him and ordered him not to resist.

Eventually, Kardashian was released.

    It should be the other way around. The paparazzi should be arrested for taking pix of celebs and selling them to the tabloids. IDC if they are celebrities. They are people too.

    WOW! what a punk…the paz is breathing hard saying Rob was chasing him and he was running for his life. Seriously….all while filming the entire thing what a joke. The cop is telling Rob not to resist and he wasn’t resisting. THIS IS CRAZY and has gone too far. Rob needs to press charges on the cops for false imprisonment or something like that. Why wasn’t the paz arrested?

    Can you say abuse of power? Those police officers are on a power trip. No one should be treated that way! The papp is a scumbag! According to the article above the scumbag was already across the street and Rob had to run into traffic so on top of being a scumbag he’s a liar.

    Another publicity stunt ala Kardashian? I bet it ends up on the next installment of their show. Rob never gets much face time, so they dreamt this up. What a bore!

    Because I’m sure they contacted that paparazzi in advance to make this ‘stunt’ and if it is, how come I don’t see cameras everywhere filming it other than that one paparazzi?
