Rita Ora: “No One Cares” About Chris Brown’s Past As Long As He Makes Good Music
Rita Ora is standing up for her pal Chris Brown, and says “no one cares” about his troubled past as long as he continues to make good music. Nevertheless, Ora, who worked with Brown on a song for her upcoming album, feels he’s “a good person.” She tells The Sun, “Chris Brown is strong, powerful and someone that is important to me personally and professionally,” adding, “I love him on different levels.”
Despite Brown’s various run-ins with the law, public bashing of ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, and 2009 assault of Rihanna, Ora says, “I see how he treats his people, and he’s a good person with a good heart and a lovely family.” Still, she contends, “If you have a great song then no one cares” about the past bad behavior. And Ora believes their song together is “amazing.”
Brown, for his part, claims to be turning over a new leaf. On Saturday he tweeted, “If you ever get really mad at something, try a random act of kindness. I’ve been trying that lately. So far so good.” He added, “Coming from me… That’s crazy… Lol.”
What do you think about Ora saying Brown is a “good person” and “no one cares” about his past actions as long as his music is good?
