Rio Olympics Live Stream Day Six – Watch 2016 Games Online!
Rio Olympics 2016 enters its sixth day on Thursday, and Gossip Cop has a live stream available online. Watch below the world’s top athletes compete in a variety of events!
One of Thursday’s major highlights is the women’s individual all-around final in gymnastics, where 24 athletes from around the globe will compete. Americans Simone Biles and Aly Raisman both look to win the gold for Team USA, which would give the U.S. four consecutive Olympic gold medals in this competition. Their teammate Gabby Douglas, who isn’t competing in this year’s individual event, won the competition at the 2012 Olympics in London.
Meanwhile, Michael Phelps will swim in the prelim of the 100-meter butterfly, for which he’s the world record holder, before facing off against fellow American Ryan Lochte to win a gold medal in the 200-meter individual medley final. And swimmer Katie Ledecky, who’s won three gold medals and one silver medal at the Rio Games so far, is looking to continue her incredible winning streak in the women’s 800-meter freestyle prelim.
And for the first time since 1904, golf returns to the Summer Olympics. Pro golfers Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler and Patrick Reed will be among those representing Team USA. Additional events on Thursday include matches in volleyball, field hockey, rowing, fencing, judo, boxing, water polo, tennis, basketball, rugby, cycling and many more games. Gossip Cop will continue to have coverage of the events. Watch day six of the 2016 Rio Olympics in the live stream below! NOTE: Live stream is no longer available.
