Rihanna is in talks to become a judge on “The X Factor,” reports another so-called “exclusive” from HollywoodLife.

According to the blog, which cites a supposed “insider” at the Fox show, “Negotiations have started for the ‘Birthday Cake’ singer to be added to the show’s illustrious panel.”

So, how far along is Rihanna in the alleged talks? Has she been offered $10 million, like Britney Spears?

HollywoodLife doesn’t know.

And why does the site not know?

Because, as tends to be the case with the webloid’s “exclusives,” this one is pure guesswork.

Simon Cowell is throwing around a lot of new names for “The X Factor,” such as Spears and LeAnn Rimes, and HollywoodLife is simply adding another one into the mix.

When asked whether Rihanna was in talks, a member of her inner circle told Gossip Cop they were ”not aware” of any negotiations.
