Rihanna Gets Huge Tattoo of Isis Across Chest to Honor Late Grandmother (PHOTO)

Rihanna has paid tribute to her late grandmother with a large tattoo of the Egyptian goddess Isis below her breasts.

The singer revealed the striking new body art on Instagram late Sunday.

“Goddess Isis- Complete Woman – Model for future generations- #GRANGRANDOLLY – always in and on my heart #1lo,” wrote Rihanna, along with a picture of her bare chest and tattoo, featuring a kneeling Isis with wings spread.

Her beloved grandmother, Clara “Dolly” Brathwaite, passed away earlier this summer after a battle with cancer.

    Love Rihanna, but do not love tramp stamps. Ladies, ladies…. do not do this permanent crap to yourselves. 10 years from now, it will be out of vogue, along with platform shoes and then what? You are going to be paying a LOT of money to get them taken off – if you have the money to do it. If not? You are going to be living with a 40 year old body and 20 year old mentality decisions.

    She’s revealed herself to be so emotionally needy that it’s turned me off to her completely and nothing she does is particularly interesting. She’s all “look at me, look at me”. Boring. Sure she has money and fame, but she’s still out there “acting up” like a puppy begging for attention. Weakness is not attractive. And her nose is weird, too.

    You are so behind in the times that I don’t understand why you bother
    typing. So because YOU personally don’t like tattoos that means NO ONE
    on Earth should get one? We should all be like you, and live up to what
    YOU deem appropriate? Um, no. Tattoos (when done right) are absolutely
    beautiful! And I’ve heard MANY men agree that they are gorgeous on
    women. Some people don’t want to look like every other blank canvas out
    there; some people see the beauty in ‘different.’ When people don’t want
    tattoos themselves they always regurgitate all the other BS out there
    that says they are ‘bad’ or they will ‘go out of style’ or ‘you’ll
    regret that.’ Well guess what? People who love tattoos DON’T get them
    because they are in OR out of style. Not everything is about style and what other humans think, and
    people don’t add ink into their bodies as a trend. That would be fake.
    When you feel naked without tattoos, then you get them to complete
    yourself. Also, not every human on Earth has commitment issues, so no,
    everyone isn’t going to regret their tattoos. It is permanent and you’re
    RIDICULOUS if you think people let the needle touch their skin without
    knowing that. They know. They are choosing it –– it is their body so
    keep your narrow-minded, dinosaur-age, judgmental, outdated, classless
    opinion to yourself. ALSO, times have changed and when these people are 40, tattoos on older women will be everywhere so it won’t look ‘wrong.’ Everyone doesn’t have to conform to what YOU think
    is right. Let people be. It’s the differences in people that brighten up this world.
