Warren Sapp Released from Jail, Pulled from Super Bowl TV Coverage

Warren Sapp has been released from jail on Super Sunday.
A day after being arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge for allegedly choking a woman at his hotel room at the Shore Club on Miami Beach, Sapp, an NFL Network analyst in Florida to help provide Super Bowl coverage, exited on a $1,500 bond.
The network has temporarily pulled Sapp off the air.
The former NFL lineman was also a contestant on “Dancing with the Stars.”

According to reports, Miami Beach police are interviewing retired NFL star Warren Sapp in connection to a domestic battery.
Sapp, a Super Bowl champion with the Tampa Bay Bucs, is in town for tomorrow’s game. He serves as an analyst for NFL Network and Showtime’s “Inside the NFL.”
A police spokesperson told TMZ detectives are talking to Sapp, but would not elaborate.
Sapp is scheduled to host an event tonight at BED Miami.
