Reports: Ex Accuses Michael Lohan of Physical Abuse

Seriously… What is going on?
Erin Muller, not to be confused with alleged Charlie Sheen victim Brooke Mueller, has accused ex-boyfriend Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan‘s estranged father, of physical abuse.
Court documents filed in Nassau County, New York outline at least twelve instances of abuse over the course of two years, and the details of the allegations are, to put it mildly, not pretty. TMZ first reported the claims.
Lohan, for the record, says the allegations that he kicked her are “patently untrue.”
It should be remembered that Muller herself was said to have kicked Lohan in the head, according to a police report filed two weeks ago. Lohan was arrested on December 14 for violating a restraining order Muller had obtained against him.
