REPORTS: Brooke Mueller Stops Cooperating with Police

EOnline.com is reporting that “a weapon of some sort” was involved in the felony menacing charge against Charlie Sheen.
Aspen police spokeswoman Stephanie Dasaro would not go into further detail.

One day after her Christmas call to police landed husband Charlie Sheen in jail, Brooke Mueller has stopped talking with Colorado law enforcement, according to reports.
Police contacted Mueller for a follow-up interview, but TMZ is reporting she has declined to cooperate further. As Gossip Cop reported last night, police visited the home where Mueller is staying while in Aspen, but further details were unavailable.
As for charges against Sheen, TMZ is also quoting Aspen chief deputy district attorney Arnold Mordkin as saying, “Generally speaking, our office files charges when police make an arrest.” According to Mordkin, the plan is to file charges on February 8, 2010, when Sheen next appears in court.
