Report wrongly casts gloom on Orlando Bloom romance

“Trouble for Miranda and Orlando,” is the headline of an In Touch article that begins, “It looks like Orlando Bloom‘s romance with Miranda Kerr has stalled. The actor and the Victoria’s Secret model have been dating for almost two years now, but an insider says that there’s friction because Orlando hasn’t made a bigger commitment.”

According to the supposed “insider,” “Miranda wants to marry Orlando now.”

Well, Gossip Cop would like to know exactly how In Touch can claim that there’s friction, considering we’ve been told by a source that the two are “just fine,” and we just saw pictures of the couple looking happy in Paris – the most romantic city in the world.

    It would be nice if these “insiders” got their stories straight for once. Only a couple of months ago insiders also said that Orlando had proposed twice but had been turned down and that he would propose once more and it would be over if she said no again.

    And Miranda herself has been quoted recently as saying while she would like to be married some time in the future, right now she’s too young and too busy with work to get married.

    Maybe the insiders need to get together and compare stories before they get quoted in the press.

    By the by, I don’t think Orlando is the marrying kind, so even if Miranda Kerr is desperate to marry him right now, I think she might be wasting her time waiting for him.
