BREAKING!

There are reports breaking right now that a judge has decided to order Roman Polanski, the acclaimed director who fled the United States more than thirty years ago, to return to be sentenced for sexual assault.

The Oscar winner pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl in 1978 but left the country before sentencing.

Polanski was arrested on September 26, 2009 in Zurich, Switzerland at the request of U.S. authorities.

Polanski has not been in the United States since fleeing in 1978.
