REPORT: Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Drama with Rehab and Children

Brooke Mueller has reportedly left The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu due to a “privacy breach,” according to a report.
TMZ says “someone from the staff” sent a patient admissions document to various media outlets… including TMZ. The Malibu facility “acknowledges the breach” and has begun an internal investigation, but not before Mueller “bailed.”
The site claims she’s currently at home and in the process of entering a different center.
Meanwhile…
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) visited Mueller and Charlie Sheen‘s home this weekend.
DCFS dropped by after the Pitkin County Department of Social Services (back in Aspen, Colorado, where Sheen and Mueller fought on Christmas Day) asked DCFS in California to check on the couple’s children, according to a report.
The DCFS visit was not an emergency. In fact, it was pre-scheduled, procedural and “routine,” as Sheen’s rep termed it.
