Ashley Greene has joined the comedy Butter.
The film follows competitive characters who populate a small Midwestern town during an annual butter-carving contest.
Best known as Alice Cullen in The Twilight Saga, Greene will play a rebellious teen named Kaitlen Pickler.
Jennifer Garner is producing and starring in the film.
