Reese Witherspoon Reportedly Pregnant With Third Child

Reese Witherspoon is pregnant with her third child, reports Us Weekly in its cover story.

According to a source for the magazine, the actress who wed agent Jim Toth last March, “is right around 12 weeks,” but is “not planning to announce it” quite yet.

Just two weeks ago, Witherspoon’s then rep emphatically told Gossip Cop that pregnancy rumors were “NOT TRUE.”

Often, people prefer not to make baby announcements until the end of the first trimester.

Gossip Cop has reached out to reps for Witherspoon again, and is waiting for confirmation.

Witherspoon has two children, Ava and Deacon, from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillippe.

    I’ve seen that Us is right more times than they’re wrong. While I wish she would have been able to announce it on her terms, I’m happy for them.

    If she is, Us had no right to announce that. It should be her special moment. She seems like such a genuine sweetheart and if she is, I am so happy for her!!!

    I don’t understand why magazines like to out pregnant celebrities. Everyone knows that the first trimester is turbulent if anything and announcing a pregnancy then is bad luck. The gossip magazines should let the couple decided when to tell everyone, they might not even have told their parents before the issue is released.

    LMAO that you think Us is right more then they are wrong. Us has been sending me their magazine free for a year now. Probably so they’re advertisers will think they are selling more then they actually are. From what I see they are maybe 10 percent right 90 percent made up stories. The right part is usually something easy like this story. It only stands to reason Reese has said she wants another child with her new husband so they are have probably been trying. It wouldn’t be a surprise if she was pregnant. I could have said that and been right. lol

    Maybe she is pregnant, but I don’t see how there’s so much evidence that GC should give it a 9 before any confirmation, is there?

    It’s been confirmed to other magazines like People. The only reason it’s a 9 and not a 10 is it hasn’t been confirmed to GC officially yet.

    Unless of course her management is feeding the stories to the mags. Supposedly she’s just entering her second trimester now and the last couple of years pregnancy actually helps actresses careers (it used to hurt their careers so while it means a loss of privacy during the pregnancy, I suppose that’s better than having your career hurt). Just because Reese didn’t do an exclusive cover with US doesn’t mean her team is managing the pregnancy in terms of publicity.

    It’s been confirmed by “friends” to PEOPLE. But yeah, it’s pretty obvious she’s farther along than 12 weeks by the pictures circulating today.

    She’s well past 12 weeks. She looks to be around 20-24 weeks.
