Rachel Uchitel is a married woman!

The newlywed confirms to Gossip Cop that she quietly wed boyfriend Matt Hahn in at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas on Sunday in front of 12 friends.

Uchitel tells us, “We are really happy and feel extremely fortunate to have one another.”

She was married once before to Steven Ehrenkranz, in 2004. They split after four months of marriage.
