Kim, Khloe & Kourtney Kardashian Fight QuickTrim Diet Products Lawsuit

(QuickTrim)

The Kardashian sisters are fighting charges that they lied to consumers by making bogus claims about QuickTrim diet products.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were among the parties hit with a $5 million class-action lawsuit back in March that alleged the caffeine-based pills could not have resulted in the weight loss results the company claims.

The Kardashian sisters famously endorsed the products in a variety of advertisements.

But the trio has now filed a response to the lawsuit that argues they should not be held accountable for Quicktrim’s promises.

According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, the sisters say that no law holds mere spokespeople responsible for the overall message being advertised.

In other words, the Kardashians say they were not selling QuickTrim under false pretenses, but rather simply endorsing it in good faith.

They’re asking to be removed from the class-action suit.

Were any of them ever quoted as trying the product for themselves & it works? If they did the can’t say it was in good faith. LOL

How many lawsuits now or have they been threatened with.. I mean really?

Personally, if you are endorsing a product you aren’t using then should be fraud and you should be just as responsible for what happens as the company. If you aren’t using the product then it’s definitely fraud, as you are lying about how you got your body in shape. I also think that diet drug companies should not be allowed to airbrush people in their ads as that is false advertising.

If they said the product worked for them and that turns out to be a fraudulent statement, then they should be held liable for lying to the public to make a dollar. Personally I would never use a product endorsed by these people, because acting like an entitled douche on television is NOT a real job, although apparently they make millions for that. Wow, that says something about us as a public, doesn’t it?

How many lawyers do you think the kards have? This product, I mean does it even work, and how much does it cost, diets and diets pills are so 1990′s. Now, its all about eating healthy and making that lifestyle change.

Anyone who buys ANY of these advertised diet products or those meals might as well just take their money and flush it down the toilet. That’s how much good it’s going to do you. All these things are just huckster ways to get your hard earned bucks. The only sure fire way to lose weight is to eat smart, eat less than 1500 calories a day and exercise at least 45 minutes a day 4 x a week. Eat fresh veggies, fruits, lean meats sparingly, high fiber, low fat. NO junk food. No processed foods. That means nothing that comes in a can or a box. Avoid white foods, Cut out the sugar. That’s it. You do that and you will lose weight. And save a LOT of money.

Khloe does not have those curves.

oooooh Puh leez!!! No, she’s not FAT per se, but she sure as hell isn’t slim! The only Kardashian gal that should be trying to sell a weight loss product is Kourtney. She has gained weight due to pregnancy and lost it.
