Quentin Alexander closed out “American Idol” on Wednesday with a “perfect” “bullseye” performance of “Master Blaster.” Watch below!

As Gossip Cop reported, Alexander slayed last week with “I Put A Spell On You,” and received enough votes from America afterward to be among the eight men to perform in this week’s Motown-themed Detroit showcase at the Fillmore. He was the last to take the stage, and his rendition of the Stevie Wonder track “Master Blaster” won unanimous praise from the panel of judges.

Jennifer Lopez said afterward, “Oh my god! Quentin, I’m so glad you’re here! That was so easy, that was so smooth, that was so perfect. You prove why you were the last pick… Quentin, you know you’re one of my faves.” Harry Connick Jr. told Alexander, “My favorite part was just how you settled into the grove of that… There was nothing else like that [tonight].” Ad Keith Urban said, “What was really good about that was that you know who you are. You know what song suits you…. That’s why it was a bullseye. It was so good.”

Interestingly, Beyoncé and Ed Sheeran performed “Master Blaster” for Wonder himself at the legend’s Grammys tribute last month. How does Alexander compare? Check out the video below, and tell us what you think!
