Princess Beatrice Hat Sells for $130,000

The memorable hat Princess Beatrice wore to last month’s Royal Wedding has sold for just over $130,000 on eBay.

An anonymous bidder won the unusual fascinator with an incredible £81,100.01 offer on Sunday.

Proceeds will be donated to UNICEF and Children in Crisis.

The hat, designed by Philip Treacy, was unquestionably the star attraction of last month’s nuptials, outshining Prince William and Kate Middleton on their big day.

“It has its own personality, and I am so happy that we have raised the most incredible amount of money and can make an even bigger change for the lives of some of the most vulnerable children across the world,” said the 22-year-old Beatrice in a statement.

    You have got to be kidding me!… XD…
    First, how on Earth does that thing even qualify as a hat?…
    Second, common sense would be just giving the £81+ straightly to UNICEF without the buzzing, or more like it, Prs. Beatrice could have given the money herself, instead of dragging even more attention to her outrageous fashion-mistake!
    Third, “It has its own personality, [...]“-Prs.Beatrice… For real?… LOL!!!!!… Certainly, but it’s a complete loser then!…
