Prince William Invites Entire Squadron and Partners to Royal Wedding

Prince William did not forget his comrades in arms.
The heir to the throne invited all 27 members of Royal Air Force search-and-rescue unit – and their significant others – to his April 29 marriage to Kate Middleton.
William’s line manager, Flight Cmdr. Iain “Spike” Wright, said it was a “great honor” to be invited and felt the nuptials are “going to be quite good fun.”
Flight Lt. Thomas “Sticky” Bunn, said he “couldn’t believe it” when the invitation arrived “with a Buckingham Palace stamp on it, it’s not something you see everyday.”
Bunn added that William is “a really nice guy to have in the squadron.”
Other search-and-rescue crews will cover for the prince’s unit while his squadron partakes in the celebrations.
