Prince Philip Accidentally Exposes His Royal Jewels (PHOTO)

PHOTO

(GettyImages.com)

Prince Philip may be 91, but he’s giving his grandson a run for his money!

While sitting next to Queen Elizabeth at the Highland Gathering in Braemer, Scotland over the weekend, the stoic royal, sitting in a kilt with his legs apart, accidentally gave photographers a peek at his… er, crown jewels.

The photo below is censored, but it sure seems like the Prince was, um, ballsy enough to brave the elements while going “commando.”

So that’s where Prince Harry gets his exhibitionist streak!

We’d love to believe that’s why the Queen and Prince Charles were enjoying a laugh.

Check out the “up kilt” shot below!

Well, that is the proper way to wear a Kilt!!

Oh, the poor old thing! LOL! The guys don’t have quite the same amount of practice trying to manage that skirt modesty thing as we girls have. :-D

Ahh I think I am scarred for life! I better go look at his grandson to clean my eyes out :)
That is frankly disturbing! If he can’t keep his legs closed, he needs to get some underwear on.
And even worse that his wife and son were laughing at him instead of warning him… When my parents get to be older and a bit absent minded sure some of their shannigans will get a laugh but if it legitimately embarrassing for them or has the potential to cause them harm, I will do something to stop them before they wind up in a sticky situation!

well our use of undergarments helps. Doesn’t he know to cross his legs at the ankles?

  • Kiki

He did it to support his grandson!!!

  • Cynthia

At least Charles knows to sit with knees together!

  • kk

So guys are not allowed to wear anything under the kilt?

  • Teriwrites

According to custom, only highland dancers & marching band members wear anything under their kilts. Prince Philip has been wearing a kilt “reg” (not commando) since at least 1947, and I am sure he knew exaactly what he was doing. HMQ & Charles are laughing at the games, not at the Duke. I read in the most recent bio of Prince Philip that he swims nude in the BP pool.

    Yep

HAHAHA maybe, after all, a bunch of people did post pictures of themselves doing that online.
What has our world come to?!?

  • Kaitlyn Cocuzzo

EW! Remind me to be nowhere near the palace when that is happening!

Well, as they say, “What’s worn under a kilt?” Proper answer: “Not a thing, sweetheart, everything’s in perfect working order!”

no wonder his bladder is playing up! age 91 with a frosted willy is bound to cause problems!

The tradition should be up-stepped by wearing a matching boxer or thong as opposed to going commando, a vogue that was designed at the turn of the century.
