Piers Morgan is calling Amber Rose’s stripping naked in the name of feminism “bullsh*t,”‘ and now the two are engaged in a Twitter feud. As Gossip Cop reported on Saturday, Rose posted a nude photo of Instagram of her vagina and pubic hair, and encouraged others to do the same on behalf of “feminism, body positivity and not conforming to society norms.” Morgan, however, responded on Twitter Sunday, writing to Rose that “posting nude photos in the supposed name of feminist empowerment is pathetic attention-seeking bullsh*t.”

As Gossip Cop also previously noted, alongside Rose’s explicit picture in which she was sitting with an open coat, black bikini top and nothing covering her nether regions, she wrote about her annual “Slut Walk,” which is designed to raise “awareness about sexual injustice and gender inequality.” After Instagram pulled down the naked image, Rose posted another message that read, “When IG deletes ur fire ass feminist post but you really don’t give a f*ck because everyone picked it up already #amberroseslutwalk #bringbackthebush.”

Referring to her nude photo, Morgan later wrote, “Put it away, luv. Thanks,” to which the model replied, “#IllTakeThingsMisogynisticAssholesSayfor500Alex. The veteran journalist then responded, “It’s not ‘misogyny’ to think that posting nude photos in the supposed name of feminist empowerment is pathetic attention-seeking bulls**t.

That, in turn, got Rose to reply, “I am assuming you are referring to the pubic hair that was shown in the picture. Uncomfortable? Get over it.” Morgan then clarified, “I can handle your naked body, Amber – relax. I just can’t handle your ridiculous claim to be stripping off in the name of feminism.”

But Rose shot back, “Lol ur an idiot ur first tweet to me was… ‘Put it away luv thanks’ Lol ‘it’?” He then responded, “Talking of idiots, can’t you think of a less dumb way to promote feminism than getting your kit off?” Morgan then began retweeting others who felt Rose exposing herself was less about feminism and more about exhibitionism, prompting her to fire back at his fans, as well.

Morgan continued in subsequent tweets, “I just find this new trend of famous women posting nude photos & pretending it’s to ‘promote feminism’ utterly laughable.” He followed that up with, “‘The only way for a woman to succeed in life is to post nude photos of themselves to millions of strangers’ – said no true feminist ever.” For her part, Rose retweeted her supporters and even published on Twitter the same naked picture that caused all the controversy, with the caption, “Imma post this one more time for the haters.”
