Philip Seymour Hoffman Cause of Death: Mixture of Heroin, Cocaine and Pills
Philip Seymour Hoffman’s official cause of death has been released.
The actor died of accidental “acute mixed drug intoxication” of substances including heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines and amphetamines, according to the coroner.
The New York medical examiner’s office revealed its analysis on Friday. Hoffman was found dead in his Manhattan apartment earlier this month.
