Perez Hilton Coverage of Michael Phelps Crashes Big

Maybe one day, Perez Hilton will learn that being “first” should actually give right-of-way to being factual.

The blogger crashed again in his reporting about Olympic swimming star Michael Phelps’ car accident last night in Baltimore. Perez assured readers that “Phelps was speeding AND ran a red light, resulting in the two-car collision.” That was actually the second time he got it wrong. In an earlier post he similarly said that the accident “appears to be the swimmers (sic) fault.”

The police, however, confirmed to Gossip Cop that it was a Honda that ran a red light and careened into Phelps’ Cadillac Escalade, before also smashing into a parked car.

Perez, give us a brake!

    I had commented on his site when he(or his equally stupid sister), that for Phelps to ram the back of a car at 50mph and no one was injured was basically impossible. Most of the cars out there, when tested, have a death rate at 35mph. I don’t think he and his sister thinks or READS when they copy and paste. Besides the fact he looks for any reason to write bad crap about phelps.

    now Perez has the nerve to first today to go on and on about Phelps having an ‘invalid’ license. (expired). Yes, he should not have let his license go, and he should get fined for that, but come on, he is in and out of the country all the time. You have to wonder about him(his sister) They copy and paste everything, and they get expired, invalid??????. He was making it out to be a lot worse then it was. Then, just a short time later, even though it was already reported, he had to make a big deal that phelps told the cops he had a beer about an hour and a half before the accident. ONE BEER. He questioned whether it might have slowed down his reactions. Michael did nothing wrong -the other person ran a red and hit phelps car. ‘slowed down phelps reactions” amazing. can someone please please please sue this moron?????? mario/perez does not like phelps so he has the right to make up lies about him?????
