I had commented on his site when he(or his equally stupid sister), that for Phelps to ram the back of a car at 50mph and no one was injured was basically impossible. Most of the cars out there, when tested, have a death rate at 35mph. I don’t think he and his sister thinks or READS when they copy and paste. now Perez has the nerve to first today to go on and on about Phelps having an ‘invalid’ license. (expired). Yes, he should not have let his license go, and he should get fined for that, but come on, he is in and out of the country all the time.
