Penelope Ann Miller is splitting from her husband James Huggins.

The actress, who appeared in Best Picture winner The Artist and starred in films like Kindergarten Cop and Other People’s Money, filed documents for legal separation in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

She and Huggins wed in 2000 and have two children.
