Pauly D Face Lift Claim Not True
Pauly D did not get a “botched” face lift, or any kind of face lift at all, despite a report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct the story, which is both mean-spirited and inaccurate.
MediaTakeOut exclaims in a headline, “Remember DJ PAULY D From The Show JERSEY SHORE… Well They’re Saying… He Got A BOTCHED FACE LIFT!!! (Look At Him Now.)” It says in the accompanying post, “Pauly D was probably the CUTEST of all the guys on MTVs hit show The Jersey Shore. But somethings [sic] up with his face.”
The site goes on, “According to Life & Style magazine, he got suregery [sic] on his face — and it was ‘botched.’ Check out his TRAGIC new face below.” And so, MTO features a September photo of the reality star, and it’s evidence of… well, nothing.
Pauly D looks pretty much the same as he always has, except he’s grinning widely, whereas the deejay has a brooding, straight face in the years-old “before” picture. In other words, he’s obviously going to look slightly changed when those are two the photos being compared, as the facial expressions are different and he’s aged since the original snapshot was taken. But it’s still all Pauly D au naturel, and both MTO and Life & Style are wrong.
A rep for the former MTV personality exclusively tells Gossip Cop that the face lift and plastic surgery claims are “definitely not true” and “totally false.” And it’s worth noting, MediaFakeOut’s own readers don’t even believe what the webloid is trying to sell. “I don’t get what i’m suppose to be seeing… He look[s] the same to me,” wrote one commenter, who added, “Just another click bait story!” Exactly.
