Paula Abdul Finally Signs on As Fourth “X Factor” Judge

Paula Abdul is teaming up again with fun frenemy Simon Cowell to be the fourth judge on “The X Factor.”
The singer/dancer finally signed her deal late last night, just hours before the singing competition began taping in Los Angeles today.
Abdul said, “I am excited beyond words to be a part of ‘The X Factor.’ I couldn’t be happier to bring my love for cultivating talent and performance to such a wildly anticipated show.”
Added Cowell, “This show would never have been the same without Paula, and I can’t believe I am saying this – I have missed her a lot, and I am thrilled she’s on the show.”
Abdul joins Cowell, Cheryl Cole and Antonio “L.A.” Reid at the judges’ table for the highly anticipated show, which is set to debut in September on Fox.
“The X Factor” will be hosted by former Pussycat Dolls member Nicole Scherzinger and British TV personality Steve Jones.
