Crash Investigators: Paul Walker Death Result Of Speed, Not Mechanical Problems

Paul Walker’s death was a result of speeding, say crash investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and California Highway Patrol.

According to an official investigation into the Fast & Furious actor’s death, the Porsche Walker was a passenger in was traveling at approximately 90 mph when it lost control and crashed into a light pole in Valencia, California last December.

Investigators concluded mechanical problems were not to blame for the tragic crash.

The car, driven by Roger Rodas, was speeding somewhere between 81 and 94 mph, notes the report, which has yet to be officially released.
