Patrick Dempsey Has “Gone Celibate”?

“Patrick Dempsey may be one of the biggest hunks on ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ but a critical part of his own anatomy isn’t getting much airtime,” says Star, which claims the actor “has recently gone celibate.”
Um, what?!
According to the tabloid, Dempsey is abstaining from sex “as part of his training as a competitive cyclist, and his wife Jillian is furious!”

A so-called “pal” tells the magazine, noting, “She’s told Patrick that she loves him dearly but that he really needs to take some time to reflect on what is more important — his marriage or his passion for cycling.”
“Since Patrick is a 46-year-old actor with no chance of going pro, Jillian argues that his hobby should come second to their own Tour de Pants,” adds Star.
Well, the mag seems to like lame wordplay more than fact-checking, because the TV star has NOT “gone celibate.”
A source close to Dempsey tells Gossip Cop the claim is 100 percent untrue, calling the story “ridiculous.”
