Not surprised. I saw that show and was surprised by the tenor of the questions Barbara was asking her. Not that they weren’t justified but Barbara claims the Hiltons are friends so I didn’t expect it.

You can’t go on The View & expect sugar coating. Even if Barbara is friends with the family. Paris contradicts herself. First says her show is not “scripted” like the other reality shows and hers is real. Then when Barbara asks about the charity comment Paris is all “it was a joke for the show, it’s gotta be entertaining”. So it’s real but she purposely is trying to make it more entertaining? Lame excuse!

Perhaps. if enough interviewers upset the poor little tramp, she will go away. Heres hopeing.

If you just ignore her she’ll go away. She doesn’t do anything and has no talent, so it should be easy to ignore her unless she goes on another druggy binge and winds up driving the wrong way on the freeway as you are driving along. As for Walters, she was asking a question that anybody would ask if they weren’t on a mission to kiss Hilton’s behind.

Really, I am surprised that Barbara asked it on the show if she was a family friend, but, IF SHE REALLY IS A FAMILY FRIEND, Barbara might have felt USED sticking up for PARIS by saying she was changing and doing Charity Work and then hearing that Paris makes fun of it. Except when she needs it for filming. Barbara no doubt had assistants dig and look to see if Paris was doing it and No Doubt had others go up to her and say ‘you are sticking up for that twit? she makes fun of homeless, poor, etc etc.’ I have no doubt that Barbara addressed it to at least one of Paris’s parents or Paris herself and probably got that stupid ‘it was for the show’ OFF THE VIEW and it infuriated her! and when she heard Paris wanted to come on the View (and thought she would be treated with kid gloves), Barbara would make sure she was on that day and NOT WEAR KID GLOVES. I am surprised the ratings tanked though, I thought some would watch it as a joke to see how Paris conceived the world. I could not be bothered. I am surprised it is on OWN. Actually, OWN has gotten trashy lately, like TLC so, maybe I should not be so surprised. Good for US for not tuning in, good for OWN for losing money..(hopefully). NOW, we we all can resist the other shows, rags, sites like that and maybe they will disappear and shows, stories with better values will come back… doubt it, but I will take 100 Michael J. Fox types over 1 Charlie Sheen any day

What I don’t get, is why a worthless piece of sh1t like Hilton is even given the time of day by a more serious daytime talk show. I didn’t know The View had turned into E! Tonight. What next? Justin Beiber as a guest host? What possible reason would they have, to have her on. What would she talk about? Her over pampered self in a trashy reality show? Is that what The View considers worth plugging, these days? I thought The View had standards. I never thought they’d ever sink so low as to have Parisite Hilton on. Seriously, wtf was she doing on The View? How the f did she even get asked on? It makes no sense.

I don’t really care if Paris was upset but I can tell you this, you’d have to pay me to watch The View. all those women yakking their heads off without any protocol or respect for anyone’s opinion but their own All that cross-talk. White noise. Not my idea of entertainment.

I do volunteer work, have barely a middle class income, and enjoy doing it. Paris seems to be doing “charity work” to project an improved image. Its those who do this kind of work on the side without anyone every finding out about it, or who talk about it only to get others involved who earn my respect. Paris is just following some image handbook.
