Paris Hilton Suing Fake Plane Crash Pranksters For Emotional Distress
Paris Hilton is set to sue the pranksters who were involved with her being on a plane that pretended it was about to crash over Dubai, just to get a reaction out of her. As Gossip Cop reported, Hilton was the victim of an insane prank on an Arab TV show that had the hotel heiress on a 15-minute sightseeing flight over Dubai, which suddenly began to nosedive, causing her naturally to freak out in fear for her life. Aboard the flight were a number of actors who participated in the horrible prank.
In the videotaped clip (below) from the show “Ramez in Control,” also known as “Ramez Wakel el-Gaw,” Hilton is seen first at a red carpet event in Dubai before being invited aboard the plane by Egyptian TV star Ramez Galal for a short aerial tour of the city. But moments after the jet takes off, the plane, piloted (unbeknownst to Hilton) by a professional stuntman, seemingly begins to nosedive over the city.
Inside the plane cabin, alarms go off and other “passengers” scream alongside Hilton, who clearly believes in the footage that she’s about to die in a plane crash. Only after jet the safely lands is Hilton then informed it was all a prank and, not surprisingly, is furious with Galal, who thinks it’s all funny.
Gossip Cop now confirms that Hilton has consulted with attorneys about suing everyone behind the plane crash prank for emotional distress. While she signed a consent form to appear on the show, she was placed in undue danger that not only caused her tremendous stress during the incident but has also left her a wreck whenever she now flies, which is practically every week.
It seems every episode of “Ramez in Control,” which premiered earlier this month, is centered around the same plane crash trick. The part where Hilton rightfully fears she’s going to die begins around the 11:30-mark in the video below. What do you think about Hilton suing the show?
