Paris Hilton has copped to a plea deal, stemming from her arrest for cocaine possession in Las Vegas last month.

At one point, Hilton claimed the coke was not hers.

But  now, in exchange for Hilton pleading guilty to two misdemeanors – drug possession and obstructing an officer – the heiress will avoid a felony conviction and instead get a year of probation, said Clark County District Attorney David Roger.

Hilton will also have to go through a drug abuse program, serve  200 hours of community service, and pay a $2,000 fine.

But Hilton will have to keep her nose clean, so to speak.

District Attorney Roger said, ”If she is arrested for anything besides a minor traffic violation she will spend a year in jail… no discussion.”

Since Hilton’s arrest, she was banned from two Wynn resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.

A month before the Vegas incident, Hilton faced a marijuana charge while at the World Cup in South Africa, but that case was dropped after another woman with the reality star said the pot was hers.

Hilton will plead guilty on Monday before Judge Joe M. Bonaventure.
