Paris Hilton’s Boyfriend Cy Waits Attacked Outside Courthouse

Paris Hilton‘s boyfriend Cy Waits was attacked this afternoon by a man outside the courthouse in Van Nuys, California, Gossip Cop confirms.

The suspect, James Rainford, reportedly lunged at Waits as he and Hilton were walking into a hearing where the socialite was slated to testify against a different man – Nathan Lee Parada – who allegedly entered Hilton’s home with a knife in August 2010.

Rainford himself was arrested last October after riding a bike onto Hilton’s property and having an encounter with her security team.

This afternoon, he allegedly struck Waits in the back of the head before being subdued by a bodyguard and taken into police custody.

Hilton tweeted about the incident to her mother Kathy, saying, “That other psycho intruder just punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the court house. So scary!”
