Justin Bieber’s beloved pet monkey is about to become property of Germany.

The performer’s pal Mally was seized by customs officials in March because The Biebs, on tour in the country, could not present the proper entrance papers.

German authorities did not receive the documents by last Friday’s midnight deadline — and now Bieber could lose Mally forever.

It’s official: Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio have been announced as new “X Factor” judges for season three.

The singers will sit on the panel alongside Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato.

Cowell said in a statement on Monday night, “It’s taken more than a decade but I’m delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!).”

The natural disaster leveled homes, businesses and an Elementary School in the suburb of Moore.
