How to Watch Oscars 2014 Live Stream

The Oscars will be officially live streamed for the first time this year.

On Thursday, ABC announced that the biggest annual entertainment telecast will be coming online.

Here’s how to watch.

The network will live stream the pre-show and the ceremony on web and mobile platforms through WATCH ABC, which is available through a number of providers.

It can be accessed through, and

Live streaming is currently available through Comcast, Cablevision, Cox Communications, Charter Communications, Midcontinent Communications, Verizon FiOS, Google Fiber and AT&T U-verse.

It is accessible in the following markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Houston, Raleigh-Durham and Fresno.

Mobile users on iOS, Kindle, Windows and Android platforms can use the WATCH ABC live app.

After the Oscars air live, the telecast will be viewable for WATCH ABC users for three days.

The live stream will also include the “Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Oscars” special, and additional red carpet and backstage content will also be part of the offerings.

Gossip Cop will have Academy Awards live streaming coverage and video clips throughout Oscars Sunday on March 2.
