Orlando Bloom To Testify in Burglary Case

Orlando Bloom has a major appearance coming up, but it won’t be on the big screen. Next week the movie star will reportedly testify in a Los Angeles courtroom about a string of burglaries that targeted him and other celebrities.
More than $500,000 worth of watches, artwork and other possessions of his were stolen in July 2009 from his Hollywood Hills home.
The theft was part of an alleged teen-aged crime ring that’s accused of also stealing from Rachel Bilson and Paris Hilton.
Bloom is slated to testify in the case of Alexis Neiers, one of the accused. Neiers, who happens to star on the E! reality series “Pretty Wild,” has pleaded not guilty to a felony burglary charge, People reports.
