Do they really have to save him????

Before I go, let me point out a few things: While I know this is pure fiction and done for entertainment value, there should at least be some semblance of truth to it. Before any airplane can get close enough to the White House to actually shoot very large guns into said White House, that plane would be shot down by the many, many men who are on the roof of the White House 24/7 with big guns and other thingys that can wipe any airliner out of the sky; not to even mention the mighty jets from the United States Air Force that monitor the air space around the White House and would intercept any airliner that gets too close. So, that scene would never happen. Secondly, IF a terriorist were to invade the White House, there are enough hidden safe rooms for the Secret Service to take the President and no one, not even a home-grown terriorist would know where to look because the location of those rooms would be known only to those who “need to know” and since there are over 100 rooms in the White House . . . So, there’s that. But then, Morgan Freeman and Angela Bassett are in this movie so I just might have to put it on my Netflix queue where I can fast-forward through Gerry and his dirty face. Oh, did I mention that I don’t like him? I don’t.
