Olivia Wilde Calls Out Tabloid For False Pregnancy Claim
Olivia Wilde personally busted a false tabloid report on Wednesday that speculated she was pregnant with her and Jason Sudeikis’ second child. The actress joked that the magazine must have confused them for Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.
According to Star, Wilde was supposedly hiding a “bump” earlier this month at the New York City premiere of her new HBO series “Vinyl.” A so-called “source” tells the magazine that she and Sudeikis “started talking about having another baby as soon as their son Otis was born, and it looks like it’s finally happening.” But almost immediately after the magazine hit newsstands, Wilde blasted the report.
The actress posted a screenshot of the article on Twitter, along with the caption, “Sorry, Star mag, but you got us confused with the cooler version of us. Congrats to John and Emily!” Wilde, of course, is referring to Krasinksi and Blunt, who just announced their expecting a second child. She also posted a cheeseburger emoji to jokingly explain her supposed “bump.”
Gossip Cop isn’t surprised by the tabloid’s latest blunder, since we’ve had to correct the magazine on Wilde’s behalf many times in the past. Just recently, we debunked the magazine’s claim that Sudeikis was jealous of her supposedly “flirty friendship” with Alexander Skarsgard. A rep for Wilde exclusively assured Gossip Cop the report was “ludicrous,” and the actress herself is saying the same about the outlet’s current pregnancy claim.
