“Rob Risks It All For Kristen,” blares OK! magazine’s cover story about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, adding “How his engagement to Kristen is putting Rob’s career and the future of Twilight in jeopardy.” (Engagement? Really?? Uh, no.)

Moving on: The tabloid claims that his reported romance with Stewart is progressing so quickly, “it’s not only his legions of female fans who might be disappointed to see Rob taken off the bachelor block by Kristen — there’s also the folks behind the Twilight films.” According to the weak weekly, “A real-life romance between the two would subvert New Moon’s entire story line, in which Bella [Stewart] falls for hunky werewolf Jacob Black, played by 17-year-old Taylor Lautner, and the studio brass want the Bella-Jacob spark to appear equally as plausible as the Bella-Edward [Pattinson] relationship.”

OK, OK! - one is a movie; the other is real life.

Not surprisingly, OK! has a “source” to support this claim of studio pressure. Says the so-called insider: “The producers took Rob and Kris aside and told them to keep their relationship under wraps for a few more months . . . [But] they’re crazy about each other, and they want to shout it from the rooftops.” (You would think this supposed “source” could come up with something less cliché than shouting from rooftops.) Anyway, the reason there are no rooftop rants, alleges the “insider,” is that Pattinson and Stewart are “part of this massive machine called Twilight and producers have this thing timed with scientific precision. They don’t want Rob and Kristen to tell the world about their relationship until the time is right.”

Well, the time is right for us to debunk this junk. Our production sources say no restrictions have been placed on Pattinson and Stewart, other than those needed to protect them from the paparazzi.

Still, the story gets even more ridiculous. That same source claims, “Rob’s whole world is Kristen. I’m surprised he even knows his lines because he’s so absorbed with her . . . He’s all about his woman.” Yeah, he’s really in danger of not learning his lines. Not OK!

Gossip Cop thinks the tabs sometimes come up with even more creative fantasies than the movies their stories are based on.

    Ok is beyond stupid, they can’t separate that they are actors and do what they are paid to and that is act when they are on company time.

    What they do in their own private lives and yes they do have lives, is a 100% their business and 100% non work related as well it should be.

    Well, considering “OK”‘s previous “work” when it comes to Twilight cast (mostly Kristen and Robert), this is just laughable!… They were the ones who said Kristen was pregnant, right?! (look!… Blue dog flying… wonder if OK keeps the pink flying pig typing?… mmmmm…)

    1st: Who cares if they are or not together? Really, their lives, their choice. Enjoy the movies, leave them alone.

    2nd: Since when the producers have a word when it comes to private lives? If they’re not sure about the story between Jacob and Bella being credible enough if a supposedly relationship between Kristen and Robert comes out, well that’s sad… you weren’t be doing good movies then “producers”!

    3rd: Is it just me, or it’s like the 3rd time they use the same pic… C’mon… There are others… :D…

    People, stick to the movies, please… leave them alone… :S

    It’s not even funny… never was anyway !!!
    This is getting really ridiculous…. Ha ha ha !!!
    Is the whole world going insane ? On one side we have Edward and Bella and Jacob ! This is a film, what I am personnaly interested in, being a fan of the Twilight thing.
    On the other side, we have young actors, real people that cannot spend time together without being see as lovers, married couple, and what else !!!
    I think the real fans of the saga are intelligent enough to make the difference between the fiction and real life… What will it change for the story if the actors are dating in real life? They get on well together, great ! They don’t ? Too bad ! I don’t get on well with all the people I work with…
    Rob and Kristen have never spoken anywhere of their private life and I don’t see them starting to shout out loud that they are in love and bla bla bla !!!
    What goes on behind closed doors is none of our business so couldn’t everybody just give them a break?
    They are talented young actors and I really hope they will both get the career they deserve… and mostly that they will be able to turn the page once the Twilight frenzy is over…. It’s not fair ! Shame on all the haters !
    However these guys that call themselves journalist should try to write fiction… They’d be good at it !!!

    I think it is ridiculous that everytime they are anywhere near each other someone is making a claim they are “together” whether it is the press or the “Robstenites” The whole thing gets really old really fast. I think that people want Bella and Edward to be real so badly they are willing to believe anything in their minds and make up this big fairytale romance. Anyway, this will all play our eventually but I hope in the meantime they get a break from it all from EVERYONE…not just the press.
