Hot on the heels of reports she’s with a different wealthy beau, In Touch claims Avril Lavigne, in the midst of a divorce from Deryck Whibley, is planning to move in with Brandon Davis.

According to a “friend,” Lavigne and Davis “have been quietly house-hunting together in Beverly Hills and the nearby Hollywood Hills,” where the two are “looking to share a lease.” “They really get along and they both need a place to live,” the friend helpfully explains to In Touch, “so they decided to move in together.”

No they didn’t.

“It’s not true,” a representative for Lavigne told Gossip Cop. When we asked what wasn’t true – that she’s dating Davis at all, that they’re looking for a home together, etc. – the rep said, “none of it is true.”
