Kim Kardashian, Kanye West NOT Fighting Over North Going To School
We’re talking about RadarOnline, of course, which habitually posts articles about Kardashian and West fighting. This latest piece, published on Wednesday, revolves around the stars’ young daughter. “Too Cool For School? Kim & Kanye At War Over North’s Education,” the headline declares.
“While most kids across the country are starting a new year of school this month, ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ star Kim Kardashian’s three-year old daughter, North West, is not,” writes the site. “And according to an insider, she might not be in the near future, either!”
A so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “North is at the age where she could be enrolled in Pre-K and she is not. Kim’s family thinks that it is in her best interests to not be in school, but Kanye is extremely upset about this because he wants his kids to have top-of-the line education.”
“Kim said that she could care less whether or not her kids go to school because she thinks they do not necessarily need to,” claims the outlet’s supposed insider. The site even ends its story by asking readers, “Do you think that North West should be in Pre-K?”
Well, frankly, it’s not the public’s business whether North goes to pre-school. But since RadarOnline brought it up (along with a gallery of unsanctioned paparazzi shots of the child), Gossip Cop can clear up a few things. First off, famous or not, one needn’t go to outside schooling in order to receive an education.
Plenty of children across the U.S. are home-schooled. Furthermore, North isn’t hurting for scholarly education. From violin lessons to ballet classes, the toddler actually has a well-rounded schedule, particularly given her age. In fact, it was just a few months ago that the webloid itself said North does tap dancing, fencing, soccer, karate, French classes, and origami lessons.
Now suddenly there’s a lack of education, and Kardashian and West are “at war”? Please. The outlet simply wanted to give the illusion that the couple is facing a new problem. But as a rep exclusively tells Gossip Cop, the claims here are “absurd” and “false.”
